We combined two existing bump-outs in the rear of the house to create a slightly larger Kitchen area for this renovation. With the added square footage on the first floor it provided the family with all the space they needed to create a functional and beautiful first floor. A new Mudroom was designed near the family’s main entrance into the house along with an office. We created an open plan Kitchen with a large island along with a Dining Room. The new Kitchen also opens up to the updated Living Room.
