Located in the Beach area of Fairfield, Connecticut we transformed this typical colonial into an open floor plan for the entire family to enjoy. The rear of the house was broken into two rooms with a hallway between them and a bathroom. We removed all the walls to create an open kitchen, extra-large island and a cozy Family room. We were even able to sneak the Powder Room under the staircase.
