The ground up building is situated on a three lot complex owned by Pioneer Gas Company in Beacon Falls, CT. Pioneer serves the local area with propane services and was looking to grow their office space. We created a fun and enjoyable work space for all of the employees and a small entry showroom for the customers. With 15’ ceilings, open web joists and spiral ducting the rustic, industrial office space was just what the owners asked for. Accentuating the Pioneer Blue in the storefront windows gives the office a pop of color.
